Matcha

Used in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, matcha is a fine powered green tea. Our matcha is ground from the famous organic Gyokuro sencha. When made traditionally, it has a surprisingly mild and slightly sweet taste.

You do not need a ceremony to enjoy matcha - just take some time in a peaceful space. Place a small level teaspoon of matcha into a bowl and add freshly boiled water. Froth with a bamboo whisk and relax while you savor this amazing drink.
