Scented Tea

The art of flavouring tea has been practised almost as long as that of tea-making itself. The range of flavours and blends is enormous. Flowers (including jasmine and rose), citrus extracts such as bergamot oil, wood smoke, spices, and even chocolate have all been used to complement natural tea flavours.
