Hibiscus makes a classic tangy infusion with natural hints of acidic fruits like cranberry and redcurrant. It has the most amazing gorgeous deep rose pink colour.

Made from the sepals of the Hibiscus flower (a layer just below the petals) the hibiscus infusion is incredibly thirst quenching. It can be served as a wonderfully warming drink in winter and a cool refreshing iced infusion in summer.
