Flavours of warm roasted rice abound in this traditional Japanese brown rice tea. The combination of both popped and roasted rice together with a high quality bancha green tea creates a superior and soothing brew. The roasted rice yields a slight caramelised after-taste which adds a soft sweet finish to this tea.

Following tradition, our Genmaicha contains around half bancha and half roasted and popped rice grains. Being naturally low in caffeine, it makes a great late-afternoon tea.
